Ravi Iyer

Ravi Iyer, a performer (live & studio), composer and guitar music educator at Ravi IyerAcademy for Performing Arts is based out of Mumbai (India). 

He began his musical journey at the age of 7 with formal training in Tabla, under the tutelage of Late Shri Vasantrao Acharekar. Later in his teens Ravi took up the Guitar and during the mid 80's he began his training in guitar music under reputed instructors Mr. Bismark, Mr. Christopher Rodriques and Mr. John Timothy respectively.

 

Been over 3 decades that Ravi Iyer has to his credit countless number of live performances with his earlier rock bands, has released 4 albums in the rock / fusion genres and has also released many singles as well.
